A BIT ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Amber, the face behind Weekly Sprinkles. I grew up watching the Food Network and asking Santa for new kitchen gadgets, so I guess it shouldn't be a surprise we're here now, but it wasn't until I took food science courses in undergrad that my love for baking and decorating really took off. I've grown up with food allergies, so baking sweet treats to bring along to events has always been part of my routine, but learning the science behind ingredients and recipes brought a new joy and excitement to baking. I love experimenting in the kitchen and am grateful NYC makes composting my "lesson cakes" easy.

Every batch of cake and frosting is made from scratch, from my own recipes. I love baking and the community that comes with sharing sweet treats with others. I believe everyday is worth celebrating and am honored when I get to be a part of those everyday celebrations or your milestone parties! I’m always tinkering with new ideas and ways to make your week sweeter. I'm grateful that you're here and look forward to baking you up something beautiful and delicious!
