PAY INVOICE

With details decided, I’ll send you an invoice through Hotplate. Once you pay the invoice, your order will be booked and in the works

RECEIVE CAKES

On Saturdays, orders are collected near the Lincoln Center area (exact location provided once order is finalized) or delivered for an additional fee.

BABY SPRINKLE 12-PACKS

Choose your base frosting colors and topping: sprinkles, glitter, silver glitter stars, or pearls. All selections are fully edible and suited to your cake type. Each mini cake arrives on its own compostable plate, in a 12-pack box topped with a custom care tag, making both storage and serving a breeze.

PERSONAL SPRINKLE SET

Every cake shares a design, color palette, and whimsy, making your set both personal and cohesive. Choose your base color, accent colors, and two Whimsy Selections. All selections are fully edible and suited to your cake type. Each mini cake arrives ready to gift, in its own box topped with a custom care tag and bow.

Want to add frosting icons to your Baby Sprinkles? Extra whimsy to your Personal Sprinkle set? Have your own totally unique design idea? That’s what the design notes are for! Please include all your thoughts in the order form. I'm always happy to discuss ideas with you!

DETAILS

Before submitting the request form below, please review the following details of the bulk order process

1) SUBMIT REQUEST

  • Every bulk order has a minimum: 3 Baby Sprinkle 12-Packs or a set of 5 matching Personal Sprinkles

  • You are welcome to order more than the minimum (4+ Baby Sprinkle 12-Packs or a set of 6+ Personal Sprinkles)

  • In addition, you can add one personal, gathering, or elevated sprinkle to your order

  • The earlier you reach out the better, but I'll do my best to accommodate more urgent requests

  • I don't decorate with fondant, printed images, or non-edible decorations (ribbons, cake toppers, etc.)

2) FINALIZE DETAILS

  • I'll review your full form submission and reach out within 3 business days via your preferred contact method

  • We'll discuss and finalize your order quantities, cake types (T/V/GF), cake design, pricing, and your Saturday pickup or delivery window

  • If I'm unable to accommodate your request due to scheduling or because you're looking for something I don't offer, I'll let you know, and we can discuss alternatives

  • If you want to make changes to your finalized order, I'll do my best to accommodate, but I can't make any guarantees if requested less than 7 days before your order fulfillment date

3) PAY INVOICE

  • Once finalized, I'll send you a detailed invoice for the full order through Hotplate, my ordering and payment platform

  • Your spot on my calendar is held for 72 hours from the moment I send the invoice, and once you pay the invoice, you're locked in

  • If 72 hours pass without payment, that date will become available to other customers

  • 50% of your payment is non-refundable, 50% will be refunded if you cancel at least 7 days before your order fulfillment date

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the order fulfillment date

4) RECEIVE CAKES

  • All orders are fulfilled on Saturdays and are available for either pickup or delivery

  • Pickup takes place near Lincoln Center on the Upper West Side, with an exact address provided once an order is finalized

  • I will personally deliver your order for an additional fee that varies by delivery address

  • Both pickup and delivery take place within a 1-2 hour window

  • You will receive text reminders from Hotplate as your order fulfillment date approaches
